We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of all phases of the new store renovation project. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
The Role Recipe Coordinate initial project setup, setting clear objectives, timelines and milestonesOrganise all permits and licenses, coordination with local government, zoning departments and adhering to regulatory requirementsFacilitate purchasing system setup including vendor selection and procurementArrange utilities setup; ensuring all systems are configured and functioning before the store opens.Coordinate project reporting and progress updatesResponsible for budget management and timeline trackingEnsure compliance adherence and quality assuranceKey Ingredients Diploma in Project ManagementMinimum 3 years experienceSuperior stakeholder managementImpeccable communication skills; the ability to serve as a liaison between internal and external partiesStrong organisational skills, proficient in maintaining and organising all project documentation.Looking for a Career that Will Pan Out?
