Project Coordinator

COMPANYAn established, full service concrete structure company specialising in commercial, residential and civil construction projects.
A raft of Tier 1 & 2 clients who provide repeat business, combined with successful tendering has led to larger projects and the need for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career in Project Management.
Live projects range from $5M to $20M structure packages with Tier 1 Head Contractors across Melbourne.
The Opportunity: I am looking to speak with experienced Project Coordinators & Site Engineers for 2 openings for projects starting in January 2025. Both opportunities will be delivering $15M full FRP packages for multilevel projects, in the CBD Fringe, Top Tier builders.
Duties will include:
Project Co-ordinator assistance to Construction Manager and Commercial Manager Drawings management Procurement of trades and services Contract administration tasks (Variations, Progress claims etc) Program writing and managing weekly programs Assist with client RFI's Design Management of Post Tension packages REQUIREMENTS I am looking to speak with applicants who can demonstrate the following:
