Join our Business Improvement & Planning team as the Project Coordinator, based in Keysborough.
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), permanent position.Working directly with the Head of Business Improvement and Planning, this position is responsible for the administration, planning, and organisation of projects, as well as monitoring their adherence to project plans and the overarching project management framework.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head of Business Improvement and Planning and the broader team by preparing project management documents, coordinating submissions, updates, and reports, and facilitating communication collateral and check-in meetings.Engage proactively with stakeholders, analyse data, and assist in project testing and issue resolution to ensure smooth project delivery.Contribute to change management strategies and deliverables, including stakeholder and impact analysis, communications planning, and training, while building strong relationships to enhance project outcomes and service delivery.About You:At Haileybury, we are seeking exceptional people.
