Full-time permanent role | You will be working on site full-timeReporting into the Learning & Development Lead | Working alongside a Specialist$80 - $85,000 + super + benefitsAbout the company:Our client, an education body based in the northern suburbs, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Professional Development team.
You will be reporting directly into the Professional Development Manager and working alongside a Specialist.You will be supporting the wider organisation with professional development plans, resources, and training to upskill, generally scoping out the knowledge gaps across the organisation.Your key responsibilities include:1st point of contact to the wider organisation for any professional development enquiriesSupport the administrative function of the departmentManage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Training Curriculum ProjectEnsure industry best practice and professional learning are incorporated into all training design strategies and initiativesCoordinate and manage internal and external project plans, actions & project risk administration activitiesParticipate in the development of learning materialAbout you:Cert IV in Training & Assessment or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentingProject management experienceStrong administrative and customer service backgroundA positive and proactive approach to workProficient in MS Office SuiteAbility to work cross-functionally and think critically and strategicallyBenefits:Salary packaging optionsGenerous leave provisionsProfessional development budgetParking onsiteIf you are interested in this role, please APPLY with your resume.At Charterhouse, we embrace and value diversity of culture, working arrangements, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
