About The Role

The main objective of a Project Coordinator is to ensure quality and timely project delivery which involves creating project schedules, repair methodology, compliance requirements and cost effective budget control for clients.
This office based role supports onsite teams and provides a central communication point for all stakeholders.
Key activities (include but are not limited to the following): Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium repairs.Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/technicians/estimators.Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices and invoicing.Strong focus on external and internal KPIs and client service level agreements.Collating photos and other associated documents for the timely submission of reports and quotations.Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates.Promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace.Key Professional Skills and Qualifications (the following skills and experience are desirable): Experience in Insurance repair coordination.Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements.Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation.Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Proactive and outcome focused.Ability to act independently and multi-task.High attention to detail with excellent communication.Why join us?
