This business has a national presence and has been in operation for the best part of a century and specialises in construction space.
They are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team based in the north of the state in Launceston.
Your new role
As the Project Administrator, you will be required to undertake, but not limited to, the duties below.
Provide daily support to the Operations Manager.
Oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Undertake administrative responsibilities for projects.
Support projects to run smoothly and on time by providing reports.
Help organise and coordinate various project-related tasks, schedule meetings, set up project events, and ensure smooth communication amongst team members and stakeholders.
Schedule subcontractors ensuring licences, inductions, insurance etc.
are current.
Monitor project progress.
