Job DescriptionThe Role As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be integral in providing effective onboarding for new and transitioning managed funds.
You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, managing the process from beginning to end to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to deliver outstanding customer service while thriving in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities Support the Customer Solutions Team in ensuring customer success and satisfaction in project deliveryRespond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders, escalating internally where necessaryAssist with project governance artefacts such as project plans and maintaining guidance materialsAttend internal and external meetings, assisting with minutes and action itemsEnsure onboarding documents and procedures are appropriately stored and maintainedSet up clients, funds and offers in Automic Group systems in accordance with internal training and guidanceAssist in data analysis and mapping documentation, along with transformation, load, and reconciliation into Automic Group systemsMaintain knowledge of product and platform functionality, while presenting a professional image for the businessDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities Tertiary qualification or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective collaboration and relationship building skillsHighly organised and able to manage time across multiple tasksAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow proceduresA passion for understanding clients' needs and finding tailored solutions Diversity
