My client is a leading D&C head contractor with 28 years of industry experience, specialising in workplace strategy, design, and construction.Seeking a driven and confident Project Coordinator to join the growing team.Key Responsibilities: Providing project coordination support to the Project ManagerCoordinate with subcontractors, manage timelines, and address on-site challenges to keep the project on trackDevelop skills in contract administration, including preparing subcontractor packages, scopes of work, and procurement schedules (training provided)Dealing with project design issues and changesLiaising and advising subcontractors on design and contractual issuesEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetContracts administrative duties and general administrative supportPreparation of subcontractor packages, scope of works and procurement schedulesTender letting and evaluationDocument controlAbout you:Experience as a Site Supervisor in a D&C environment (contract administration experience is a plus)Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering, or Project ManagementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractorsA proactive, "can-do" attitude with effective time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with the Building Code of Australia and Australian StandardsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExperience with project software (e.g., Breadcrumbs, Jobpac, Procore) is desirableBenefits:Work for a company that puts people first; promoting diversity, inclusion, and collaborationCompetitive salaryEnjoy a friendly and welcoming work environmentSocial events and team building activities e.g. Barefoot BowlsIf you are keen to learn more about the role, please call Lucia on or email your CV to to discuss further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
