As a project coordinator, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from their beginning to their completion. Collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are finished promptly, within budget, and to the utmost quality standards.Responsibilities: Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and budgetingCollaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project deliveryEnsure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and applicable regulationsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, contracts, and change ordersMonitor project progress and update project managers on key milestones and potential issuesCoordinate with project team members to ensure that all project-related tasks are completed on time and within budgetTrack project expenses and provide regular updates to project managersIdentify and resolve project-related issues and escalate issues to project managers as neededEnsure that project records and documents are accurate and up-to-dateQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field3 years of experience in project coordination or management in the construction industryExperience working on large-scale construction projects from $20m upwardsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of construction project management tools and softwareUnderstanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirementsBenefits and perks:Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Market competitive Salary and excellent working environmentExcellent Leave Policies that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days, and generous Parental Leave schemeCollaborative and values-based workplace cultureSporting and Social eventsProfessional MembershipsDiscounts on Travel, Retail, and HealthHow to applyApplications should be made by submitting a CV and cover letter online outlining your interest, motivation, and what you would bring to this role by way of background.Or contact Emily Smith (Recruitment Consultant) via **Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply**Recruiters, please note we are not engaging agency support for this role and do not accept unsolicited resumes.
