Join our Cybersecurity team as a Project Coordinator and support the delivery of our strategic portfolio. The Cybersecurity Transformation and Delivery team provides a safe and responsive environment that enables Macquarie to pursue opportunities with confidence.

What role will you play? In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across multiple business units to deliver solutions that meet project goals. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of projects aligned with our business objectives, fostering teamwork and stakeholder communication. You will have the opportunity to plan, track, and coordinate program deliverables and ensure on-time delivery.
In addition, you will develop, maintain and track high quality program artefacts and reporting, and identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues and dependencies for delivery and escalating where required.
What you offer 3+ years of experience in Project Management with recent exposure to projects within institutional banking or financial services industry Proficient in the use of Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence. Experienced in applying Agile practices to project management and coordination. Proven experience of working on technology-focused projects with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within a challenging business environment. Experience in cybersecurity projects is desirable.
