About the Role:Davies Stewart is thrilled to be partnering with Thermo Fisher to recruit a Project Coordinator.You will report to the Senior Project Manager, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively, timely and within the expected margins. As the key customer support and interface for your respective projects, you will provide clear understanding to customers, their order progress and any other customer requirements.·Full-time permanent position·Collaborative and team focused environment·Adelaide Airport location·Opportunity for participating in leadership professional development·Contributing to interesting projectsKey Responsibilities:•Customer and supplier facing role•Work with internal stakeholders and customers, to agree upon scope of work, expectations around quality and scheduling.•Liaise with engineering to create bill of materials in a timely manner and enter details into ERP system•Plan, monitor and ensure completion of activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met•Resolve project issues and assist to resolve resource constraints and any internal conflict•Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations, providing reports, updates and preparing any amendments to scope or budget•Evaluate project results against stated objectives and determine corrective action•Participate in practical process improvement projects and activities, using Root-Cause Counter Measure tools.
