As a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator, you'll manage fast-paced townhouse and apartment developments that are crucial in meeting Australia's growing housing demand. Step up and take the lead on high-end residential projects, driving them from start to finish! The Role Take charge of the end-to-end procurement process for dynamic townhouse and apartment projects. From selecting the right vendors to overseeing contract administration and documentation control, you'll ensure the foundation is set for success from day one. Partner with Project Managers to track cost centres, manage budgets, and monitor project schedules, making sure every stage runs on schedule and within budget. Your ability to keep things on track will drive the seamless delivery of high-impact residential projects. Build lasting relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring smooth communication and the highest quality outcomes. Your role will be central in coordinating everyone involved, making sure nothing is overlooked. Be a hands-on contributor by regularly visiting sites, offering insights into trade engagement, material use, and overall coordination. Your presence on the ground will ensure each project stays aligned with expectations and quality standards. Oversee the preparation of project closeout documents and handover packs, managing retention and defect processes to ensure a flawless transition from construction to final delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in wrapping up projects efficiently and professionally, leaving a lasting impact on the communities you help shape. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in construction management and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or contract administration. You take pride in building lasting relationships, whether it's with suppliers, subcontractors, or site teams—because you know that collaboration is the key to success.
