About the role


InfraBuild Reinforcing are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team in Cavan! Reporting to the Project Coordination Manager, this role is responsible for interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders, to determine customer needs and ensure the accurate supply of reinforcing steel to each major project Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that the daily plan is adhered to and delivered on time and in full first time, every time
Reading and understanding engineering drawings to create steel cutting lists for production
Understanding customer needs, and solving customer's challenges and issues onsite
Working with customers, production and planning team, clients and builders
Pre-fabrication detailing of reinforcing elements in concrete (2D and or 3D)
Identifying areas of development and improvement to processes

This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator, Estimator, Scheduler, or someone looking to start their career in this field. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented team player, with a customer centric focus, who is an enthusiastic and tenacious individual To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Scheduling role would be considered favourably
Experience in Project Coordination within the construction industry
Experience in steel reinforcement detailing, advantageous
A technical mindset with an ability to read and understand technical drawings
The ability to prioritise customer orders
Be a productive and efficient team player
Diploma or Degree in civil or structural engineering, or qualifications in design/drafting or building and construction management.
Experience in modelling softwares such as AutoCAD/Revit
Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes
