About the role We are seeking a Project Support Officer with a minimum NV1 security clearance to be responsible for providing administrative support to project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will use recommended portfolio, program, and project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. This role is based on-site in Adelaide and can be taken as a Contract or Permanent opportunity. About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Use recommended portfolio, program, and project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Set up project files, compile and distribute reports, and maintain project documentation. Provide administrative services to project boards, project assurance teams, and quality review meetings. Provide guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques. Support project teams in implementing project management best practices and standards. Requirements: Minimum NV1 clearance, ideally NV2 or PV A background in Defence or Federal Government is highly desirable Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
