The Role:As a Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day requirements of projects inclusive of coordination of managing tasks related to subcontracts and production teams. You will assist with estimation/tendering when and as required.
Minimum Requirements:You will need previous experience in estimating, negotiating, and a solid understanding of general contract conditions. Exceptional time management skills and prior experience with computer systems are also required.
This Permanent position working within this unique company is located at their Sumner QLD site.
Key elements of this role include: Efficiently coordinate tasks involved in production of signs and effectively coordinate tasks related to subcontractors to achieve the best possible outcome for the projects. Carry out Contract Review in accordance with documented procedures and inform sales of prices and conditions of contract. Proactively plan jobs to meet projects' time and budget requirements. Maintain costs and technical details in the database. Set gross margin on tenders with Sales Manager. Coordinate QC/AQ documents and maintain records of QA documents. Ensure tenders are submitted on time. Submit ALL reporting to Senior Projects Manager for each project. Assist general sales enquiries as required. Be eager to take on any additional tasks as assigned that suit your skills and capabilities. As a successful candidate, you will have: Excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail. The ability to work effectively within strict deadlines. Exceptional organisational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. A minimum of 2 years' experience in estimation and project management; a degree in engineering or business is advantageous.
