Ventia is seeking an experienced project coordinator to help support the Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure Team. In this role you will support the construction supervisors and project manager with the program of works in Queensland. This is a permanent opportunity and after an initial period will offer hybrid working conditions.What's On Offer $85k TFR plus + laptop + mobile phoneAfter initial period, work from home 1-2 days a week (negotiable)Career stability, with supportive friendly teamEmployee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, Novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts and moreAccess to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies programResponsibilities IncludeProactively forecast and plan in accordance with the Program of Works in conjunction with the client's expectationEnsuring project deadlines are metEnsure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedulesMonitor construction execution and report delays and problems to the construction teamManage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reportsDriving, administering, and implementing client focused initiatives and improvementsSpecialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiatesActively manage and ensure project management systems, and scheduling are up to dateEnsure that all staff and subcontractors are compliant in VisRes and other data basesPerform a minimum of 5 DBOR audits monthlyRequired Skills And ExperienceThe successful applicant must be able to demonstrate similar experience (preferably in a telecommunications environment), a can-do attitude, and the ability to take ownership of their role.
