The role will support financial tasks including optimising operational capabilities and profitability.Day to day you will be responsible for:Assist with tender submissions by preparing resourcing tables and invoicing schedules.Financial reporting to the Directorship team, including AP / AR through Xero.Consultant invoicing and timesheet management.Liaise with Project Leaders to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.Chair, minute and follow up action items from weekly resourcing meetings.To be successful in this role you will have:Proven experience managing project finances and team resourcing.Prior experience in an Architectural or Interiors firm highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in using Xero.Strong IT skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and independence.High level of attention to detail.Strong time management and organisation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.If you have the required experience, please apply below.
