Project Coordinator: 12 months Maximum Term – Full Time / Perth CBD Office We are seeking a Project Coordinator in Western Power's Standalone Power Systems Area, as part of the Strategic Works Delivery Function at Perth Office CBD on a 12-month Maximum Term basis. The Standalone Power Systems (SPS) Area is responsible for the preparation and management of the SPS program development and deployment.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to agreed-upon criteria, maintaining commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, timeliness, quality, scope, and customer satisfaction.

Your Role in Action Work with various stakeholders to manage the tasks necessary for completion of the various programs of work (project & volumetrics). Work with various stakeholders to manage scheduling prerequisites necessary to effectively schedule work within normal working hours. Support all/identified permit requirements, including providing data and desktop analysis for both planned and priority works. Administer the scoping, resourcing, allocation, and scheduling of programs. Building cohesion, commitment, and morale within teams. Ensure that all program documentation is completed appropriately. Analyse program and works performance data to advise the team leader and area managers on optimising performance and delivery of program outcomes. Assemble and schedule required teams to meet delivery requirements and monitoring accordingly. What Makes You a Great Fit A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in project management, business systems or a relevant discipline. (E.g. Information Technology for ICT, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture for Real Estate Projects) and / or extensive and demonstrated practical expertise knowledge and industry experience. Demonstrable capability and experience in program and / or project planning, integration, and communication in a utility industry or similar. 4 to 5 years' experience in a project office or project management environment with strong experience in scheduling tools, techniques, and business analysis. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in stakeholder management. Strong experience in scheduling tools, techniques, and business analysis. Demonstrable capability and experience in relevant project management discipline or area with applied knowledge in either of the following disciplines: estimating, civil, structural, building services engineering, architecture etc. Two years minimum experience in a project office or project management environment in a relevant project management discipline or area with strong experience in planning and scheduling, project reporting, document control and business analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in stakeholder management, building rapport and gaining consensus.
