This highly regarded private company is looking for a high performing Project Coordinator to come in on a permanent basis. This would be a great opportunity for someone within the APS to have a change of pace or someone from the private sector with 2-3 years experience in the same position to have a change in environment. The role

As the Project Coordinator, you will: Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans. Execute project management administrative and financial management tasks such as tracking expenditure, processing purchase orders, and maintaining records in client financial management systems. Meet with project clients to help assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time. Help other team members understand what's expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables. Liaise between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle. Help project managers monitor project progress and team members' performance and provide updates to project stakeholders. Schedule stakeholder meetings, documenting outcomes and generating reports. Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have: Proven attention to detail, organisation and resilience. 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator within the APS or private sector. A current baseline security clearance is desirable.
