6-Month Casual Role | 3 Days Per Week | Flexibility Offered | Maitland Location
Are you an organisational whiz with a passion for coordinating projects and supporting field service operations?
Sulzer Australia is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Field Services team on a 6-month casual basis, working 3 days a week.

The Field Services team is at the forefront, delivering excellence in project management and onsite support across Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities

Assisting with site establishment for projects.
Recruiting and mobilizing resources for outages.
Organising travel, accommodation, and inductions for personnel.
Coordinating site documentation and maintaining compliance records.
Processing timesheets, payroll, and subcontractor invoicing.
Managing purchasing, procurement, and logistics for outages.
Preparing claims for invoicing and reconciling vendor accounts.
Ensuring accurate job costing and data entry.
Maintaining databases, filing systems, and expense processing.
What You Bring

Tertiary qualifications or certificates in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of projects and field service operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
