We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Project Coordinator (generalist) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand and enhance your project management skills.
Reporting to the Head of Evolve Management, the Project Coordinator is a key role, providing day-to-day project coordination, reporting, implementations, and administration activities to support the development and delivery of projects to drive the business plan.
Key Duties Include:Providing project support and advice, including developing, monitoring, and reporting on project plans, risk identification, milestones, and deliverables to ensure time, cost, and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.Using the business plan as a prioritisation tool, work with the Leadership Team and Managers to select, prioritise, and then drive delivery of business plan initiatives and projects.Foster and maintain effective engagement with stakeholders, including the development, management, and support of steering groups, meetings, and other consultation methods.Undertake research and analysis in assigned project areas for the preparation of project briefs and business cases and to support informed decision making and planning.Assist with the development of documentation, training, and other project requirements to support the implementation and embedding of new initiatives, including managing project management software.To be successful in this role, you will possess and demonstrate:Relevant Tertiary qualifications in project management and/or demonstrated project management experience in a similar role.Experience in working on multiple concurrent projects across different disciplines.Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to adjust your communication style to the context, audience, and purpose.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team and cross-disciplinary environment.Experience or knowledge of Asana or a similar cloud-based project management software would be advantageous.Previous experience within the Tourism industry would also be advantageous.We'd love to hear from people who have strong and confident communication skills, are proven problem solvers, but can also have fun and love a challenge.
