Fixed Term Full Time Contract to December 2025Up to $150K plus superWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Program Director Transformation in the planning, delivery, and reporting of the organisation's transformation activities. 
This key role involves coordinating project tasks, resources, and communications to ensure successful project execution. 
About your new role: Reporting directly to the Program Director Transformation, the Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the Program Project Teams.
Your key responsibilities will include: Project Planning and Execution
Assist in the development of project teams, plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.Ensure all project phases are documented and executed according to plan.Assist in the allocation and management of project resources and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure resources are available as needed.Administration & Reporting
Serve as the point of contact for project team members and relevant stakeholders.Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in accordance with the agreed project management methodology.Assist the project team with completing tasks and implement project plans as required to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved. Prepare project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers to manage the flow of information. Support the Project Manager with ad hoc tasks as required e.g. invoicing, travel etc. Prepare and deliver regular status reports and project dashboards.Quality & Risk Management
Track and document project changes, risks, and issues. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.dentify potential project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on risk status and issue resolution.Assist in conducting project reviews and post-project evaluations. About you You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting transformational projects. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking abilities, you efficiently manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders alike. 
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to present information clearly and persuasively, while your proficiency in project management tools ensures effective project documentation and reporting. You thrive in both independent and collaborative team environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
