As part of the Transformation team, you will be key to delivering the Transformation Change Program (TCP) transitioning from our current technology provider to One Council.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support and act as the central contact for the Transformation Change Program, ensuring the efficient flow of information and resources.
You will coordinate activities, meetings, and stakeholder communications to drive program efficiency and support the achievement of key objectives and report directly to the Senior Program Manager – Transformation Change Program.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate schedules and manage stakeholders through the design, development and implementation of system implementation projects.Develop and maintain strong, productive, and respectful relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Develop reports for effective presentation and communication to senior stakeholders.
Attend meetings, documenting meeting agenda, attendance, minutes and actions.Assist in managing the program of works to schedule and budget, utilising relevant tools such as MS Project and MS Excel.Coordinate project reporting, research, evaluation, and consultations.About you To be successful in this role you will have the following: Tertiary qualification in either business administration, governance or project management or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in program coordination within government or similar organisational setting.Project administration coordination experience with demonstrated governance forums management, reporting, financial management support, risk management and presentation expertise.Experience in vendor and supplier relationship management.Culture and Values Our vision for our community is to be: "A vibrant, safe and liveable city accessible to all" and that means there's a place here for you too.
