Davidson are partnering with our well known, Melbourne based client to offer an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to provide project support.
12-month day rate contract.
Hybrid, 2 days in-office.
The Role This Project Coordinator role will support project managers and teams, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient management of deliverables, and leading specific activities where required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities.
Draft business communications and reports, including stakeholder-specific views for steering committees.
Maintain project documentation, financials, and artefacts while managing administrative tasks like registers and approvals.
Assist with governance gate reviews, resource monitoring, and resolution of risks and issues.
Lead specific project streams, such as transition or implementation activities.
About You To be a successful application, you will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with substantial project coordination experience and a knack for managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
What will also have: Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Atlassian.
Extensive experience in project coordination, with strong financial and risk management skills.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methods and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver time-critical work and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills make you adept at influencing stakeholders and ensuring successful project outcomes.
