If this sounds like you, come and join us!The OpportunityJoin us in this great Project Coordinator role based in either our Melbourne or Perth office, working within our Customer Delivery and Support team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the various component processes required to ensure the successful management of assurance requirements for small, medium, and large-scale projects. This role arises from an internal request from the Assurance General Manager and Vocus Mission leads.The Project Coordinator will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop timelines, assess risks, and oversee progress. Their goal is to ensure that all objectives and milestones are achieved on time. The projects will span various areas within the Assurance Portfolio.The Project Coordinator will be required to provide support to the customer assurance processes and continual improvements/initiatives related to product release, process improvement, and system uplift.What you'll be doing day-to-dayDevelop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, stakeholder relationships, communications, resourcing, change, risks, return on investment, sizing, and challenges.Provide a high level of customer service to Vocus customers throughout the project process.Create and maintain a high standard of professional project documentation – appropriate to the project's scale, complexity, and risk.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues, and communication across leadership.Act as a single point of contact for project inquiries, creation, complications, and escalations.Support colleagues within the Project Management Team or Assurance, where appropriate.Support strategic managing processes creations, and system requirements for new product releases.Design, present, and manage business and customer improvement initiatives/opportunities.Act as a key point of contact for UAT and support product enablement.Other reporting requirements based on projects, although not limited to. Other duties, as required.What you'll bring to this roleMinimum of 3 years' experience in the Telecommunications industry.Knowledge of Project Management methodologies is desirable (Agile, PMBOK, PMI, or Prince II).Strong problem-analysis and resolution skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Commitment to following a structured and disciplined workflow practice.Commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to work both autonomously and within a group.High attention to detail, with motivation and focus.Strong resilience in dealing with competing needs and deadlines.Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal and external customer experience.Well-developed stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to communicate and articulate information effectively.Strong understanding of Voice & Data Communication networks.Excellent time management and prioritization of workload.What We OfferWorking at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
