POSITION Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage right through to final supply. Keep customers updated with the progress of their project including advising lead times, any potential issues, and prepare solutions to any possible issue throughout the project lifecycle. Schedule & coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications. Preparing quote estimates from floor plans / architectural drawings. Maintaining & updating the client database. Preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings for the Account Management Team. First point of contact & responding to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects and Wholesalers. General project administration duties. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:
Proven track record of Customer Service, Sales or Project Coordination within the Lighting Industry. This can also be coming from an Electrical Wholesaler position. A clear passion for the Design Industry & appreciation for artistically designed and produced products. Ability to engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner. High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and sales hunter mentality. You will be someone who is motivated, tenacious, passionate, driven and hungry to pave a long term successful career with a top industry leader.
