Join our dynamic construction team as a vital project coordinator! You'll spearhead the seamless execution of construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered promptly, within budget, and with unparalleled quality. Responsibilities Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Facilitate collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders. Monitor progress, update milestones, and address issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management in the construction industry. Experience working on large-scale construction projects from $70m upwards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction project management tools and software. Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
