Project Coordinator

Due to ongoing expansion of the team based in Gladstone - they are now on the hunt for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the successful team! About the Role: Your duties would include but would not be limited to: Quote preparation. Processing purchase orders. Preparing customer orders and expediting goods to site. Managing customer relationships and expectations. Coordinating project activities. Contributing to project planning activities and project schedule record keeping. Managing quote requests and negotiations with current or potential suppliers. Preparation of reports and presentations. Monitor project progress and costs. Excellent organisation and prioritising skills. Strong Excel and Word experience. Strong co-ordination and problem solving skills. Be able to use initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment. Professional presentation and high level of communication skills.
