For further information see: http://www.nt.gov.au/ocpe Apply online link https://jobs.nt.gov.au/Home/JobDetails?rtfId=30830 ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Products, the Project Coordinator provides project management services to support the progress of new products through the Jacana Energy Product Development Framework to achieve strategic business objectives. In addition, the Project Coordinator ensures all initiatives are managed according to the Product Development Framework governance providing initial project management on new product initiatives delivery and/or launch. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES What you will be doing:Provide effective project management of multiple deliverables concurrently, ensuring activities are managed efficiently and effectively, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes is realised within set budget parameters, agreed scope and timeframes.Establish and coordinate project teams and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure accountabilities are clear, and project deliverables and milestones are achieved.Manage key suppliers for the technical delivery of the project in line with agreed commercial agreements and Jacana Energy's Procurement Management methodology.Monitor progress against project plan, and compile monthly reports detailing progress against project KPIs including cost, time, milestones, management of risks etc.Develop and maintain a set of processes, tools and project artefacts that support Product Development Framework governance and record-keeping and are suitable for the project execution.Comply with the NTPS and Jacana Energy's Code of Conduct, NTPS and Jacana Energy, corporate values and strategies, policies, and procedures as well as other relevant regulatory guidelines.SELECTION CRITERIAThe ideal candidate must have:Demonstrated project coordination skills and experience in delivering assigned projects or project tasks within scope, schedule, and budget.Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes.Good stakeholder engagement and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with cross-functional project teams and facilitate working groups.Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of stakeholders, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to adjust interaction style to suit a range of business, technical and community audiences.Proven high level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience, including the ability to manage pressure and change.Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service and operating within the Jacana Energy corporate values of Diversity, Innovation, Honesty, Teamwork and Wellbeing.You may also have:Project Management Qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant training/experience in Agile or PMBOK.Renewable Energy Sector experience is highly desirable.CORE COMPETENCIES Our core competency guide is the foundation tool in building and developing individual employee growth, and outlines the behavioural skills and performance expected of all employees across our organisation which aligns to Jacana Energy values.Cultivates Innovation Creating new and better way for the organisation to be successful.Decision Quality Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.Manages Conflict Handling conflict situations effectively with a minimum of noise.Optimises Work Processes Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.Values Differences Recognising the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organisation.HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above selection criteria and have the required capabilities, apply for this vacancy online at https://jobs.nt.gov.au/Home/JobDetails?rtfId=308307 FURTHER INFORMATION The recommended applicant may be required to undergo a criminal history check prior to selection being confirmed.
