About the Position.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialized fit-out projects across Canberra.

Duties. Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports Skills & Experience. Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industry Culture.
