Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to identify and understand capability requirements.Develop and implement work plans to deliver capability outcomes efficiently.Allocate and prioritize team resources to ensure timely and effective delivery.Coordinate procurement activities to support project objectives and budgets.Manage change initiatives across both Australian Defence and Coalition frameworks.Oversee team efforts to achieve architecture and security accreditation milestones.Monitor and report on team progress, risks, issues, and resource needs to leadership.Key Skills: Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.Experience with ITSM change management is desirable.This role is within the Defence Industry and requires candidates to hold a minimum NV1 security clearance.
