Contract until June 2025 with possible extension option Canberra based Hybrid working arrangement Must have Baseline clearance Australian Citizens ONLY Immediate start Duties: Project Monitoring & Reporting Provide proactive monitoring of agreed project deliverables. Maintain project artefacts like RACI, Risks and Issues registers. Create, update and maintain agreed project governance artefacts. Assist with project deliverable milestone reporting in Department systems. Proactively provide a summary of planned activities for the week including risks and issues. Project support and deliverable milestone scheduling. Track the development of technical and business artefacts being delivered. Ensure the project work plans are up to date.
