About the Position.As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSkills & Experience.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industryCulture.You will join a positive and enjoyable working environment that has excellent team collaboration.
