Key responsibilities include:
• Project Scheduling: Developing and maintaining project timelines while coordinating with company staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they align with financial projections.
• Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates, and managing any change requests and contract variations.
• Document Control: Overseeing the proper management of contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, and conducting necessary site inspections.
