We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Project Coordinator at Hardwick Projects.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects.
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
Project Scheduling: Developing and maintaining project timelines while coordinating with company staff, subcontractors and suppliers.Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they align with financial projections.Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates, and managing any change requests and contract variations.Document Control: Overseeing the proper management of contracts, permits, and compliance documents.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, and conducting necessary site inspections.Hardwick Projects is a leader in delivering innovative and high-quality construction solutions in the residential construction market, and we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
