Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a client that plays a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable individuals in the community. The client focuses on driving improvements in public policy and service delivery to ensure better outcomes for at-risk populations.In this role, you will be part of a public-facing business transformation project, helping to simplify and streamline IT solutions for staff and potentially a wide audience across Queensland. Your contributions will focus on enhancing the efficiency and usability of these solutions.The Role:Contract until end of June 2025!Hybrid engagement.$700 - $750 p/d inc super.Brisbane CBD location.The Responsibilities:Coordinate and document all project tasks, milestones, reports, deliverables, and records.Work with the Project Team and stakeholders to support various project activities as needed.Assist the Project Manager in preparing governance reports, including Risks, Issues, Status, and Finance updates.Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance project efficiency and availability.Monitor project schedules and progress, identify risks, and support the resolution of issues in a timely manner.If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
