About the Role The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to deliver successful projects. The role ensures that projects are executed to meet scope, time, budget, and quality standards while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide critical support to the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) in the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.Assist Project Managers in managing multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle.Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all organisational levels to ensure project success.About You Proficiency in MS Project Online and Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).Ability to create and manage high-quality project documentation.Strong organizational and prioritisation skills to manage competing project demands.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Experience preparing governance materials, such as Steering Committee agendas and minutes.Capability to maintain and monitor compliance with project methodologies and frameworks.Certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent professional experience coordinating complex projects.Why BDO?
