Brunel are partnered with an innovative energy company to deliver the best work opportunities for IT & Technical professionals in Australia. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a contract basis to join the Project Management Office.
The position will be based in Virginia.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Lead the on-boarding of new staff, ensuring access to necessary information and systems. Undertake procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships. Use ERP systems for financial activities, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing. Manage and review project documentation, resource plans, and reports. Conduct resourcing analysis and highlight items for attention to Project Managers. Ensure accuracy of resource reports and check timesheets against cost codes. Provide administrative support for effective program governance. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to meet objectives and milestones. Offer back-up support to Project Coordinators, including financial forecasting and scheduling. Requirements:
To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:
Proven experience in coordinating projects within complex organizations. Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills. Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and eDRMS (Objective). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with SAP systems and Agile methodologies. About Brunel:
