CBD Location, Competitive salary    About the Role We're looking for a Project Coordinator or Project Officer or Junior Project Manager to join our client working within their Strategy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working alongside experienced strategy leaders, you'll play a critical role in supporting and delivering key strategic initiatives.
Your role will be to work across the business building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders where you will bring exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for the scoping, planning, reporting, and monitoring of projects within the Strategy team.
This role is suited to someone that is highly organised and will be the key point connecting business owners with the wider organisation to help initiatives run smoothly.
From big-picture planning to overcoming day-to-day hurdles, you'll play a key part in ensuring operational and IT projects are delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, plan, monitor, and report on projects, escalating risks and challenges as needed.
Facilitate fortnightly meetings to review progress, provide updates, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
Track and document progress through project documentation, milestones, and status updates to ensure clarity and alignment.
Support business leads in creating business case submissions to drive initiatives forward.
Build strong relationships across the business to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications You will have completed a degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role, such as Junior Project Manager or Project Officer.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop project documentation and reports.
Experience with project management tools like Confluence and Asana.
Knowledge of IT projects is advantageous but not essential.
A background or certification in Project Management methodologies is highly regarded.
