Working within the team that manages the development of new, and upgrade of existing, cancer care centres and pharmacies, you will play a vital role in the coordination of consultants / stakeholders to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
Duties will include: Preparing and maintaining development project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.Communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and coordinate consultants / stakeholders.Coordinate daily project tasks.Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops with stakeholders and consultants.Support staff with the tools utilised within Icon for project governance framework.Provide exceptional support to Project Managers in the delivery and transformation team.Assist with project procurement.This role could be well suited to a junior project manager, or contracts admin or someone looking to move into a project coordinator role. You will have:
Suitable Tertiary qualifications or recognised certifications in project management.Ability to utilise project programming software I.e. Microsoft ProjectExposure to small to medium construction projects, in healthcare is advantageous.Capability to prioritise workload and forward plan.Open and effective communication skills.Confident to take ownership of your work and show initiative.Able to assimilate into Icon Group and work collaborative with the existing team adhering to Group frameworks and standards.Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.Reporting to the Development Delivery Manager this role is based at the South Brisbane head office. This role is full time with 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home. You will be joining a collaborative, friendly team who are well regarded within and external to Icon for their high level of dedication and reliable delivery.
Healthcare experience is highly advantageous, and developments or construction experience preferred.
