A highly regarded Commercial Builder with over 15 years of successful operation, known for delivering high value and high profile D&C projects throughout Melbourne across the Commercial, Apartment, and Education sectors. This professional outfit with over 70 staff have a great tenure with the majority of staff being with the business for over 5 years. Due to a number of recent tender wins, this role has been created due to the growth of the team.
The Role
Originally you will be employed for a $30m High End Residential Project based in Ballarat, this project has approximately 9 months left on the last project.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
Project procurement
Sub-contract letting
Design coordination (with architects & consultants)
Variations and claims management
ITP's/quality and general coordination/administration
Managing shop drawings
Requirements:
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Relevant Construction Degree
1-4 years Industry experience
Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator / Graduate on Commercial Projects
A willing, hardworking attitude
Unlimited working rights in Australia
