We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Malaga office in Western Australia.
Responsibilities: In this role you will play a pivotal role in project execution, support decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.
What you'll do: Manage project initiation, timelines, communication, and milestones. Develop client-centric construction schedules and maintain clear communication. Assist project teams with design, planning, and tool selection. Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial protocols. Prioritise safety and ensure projects meet all regulatory standards. Coordinate and manage field crews across diverse locations. Utilise client IT portals and work systems effectively. Track project progress and ensure smooth execution. Proactively identify and resolve project issues. Conduct project reviews and recommend improvements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration. Uphold company policies for a productive work environment.
