The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to lead our innovative active suspension project into series production for an autonomous vehicle application. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support all aspects of project execution, including cost control, resource allocation, risk management, and customer engagement. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your Impact: As a pivotal part of our quality team, you will:
Assist in the preparation of detailed plans for new projects, deliverable timelines, cost estimates and identification of possible issues which is shared with customers and other staff members.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project deliverables. Ensure all documents are up to date and accessible.Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term milestones.Use and continually develop leadership skills to drive positive employee engagement and motivation. Attend training to maintain project management proficiency and develop leadership skills.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.Support the project manager in tracking project expenses and ensuring the project remains within budget.Review project teams work for accuracy and completenessAssist in the procurement process, including liaising with suppliers and coordinating logistics for materials and services.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and specifications.Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Help resolve issues that arise during the project life-cycle.Maintain comprehensive project documentation.Any other duties as required.Who You Are: The ideal candidates will possess:
A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role preferably in Automotive or Defence.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Mavenlink) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Our Offer: Joining Supashock means being part of an environment that fosters growth and innovation.
