About The OpportunityProgrammed's Facility Management department is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Projects team in Burswood, WA. This integral role will provide you with the opportunity to join our supportive and collaborative team that deliver construction projects to high-profile government and commercial clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projectsProvide a word-class client experience and ensure we deliver a seamless service to clients that meet project budgets, timings and specification expectationsOrganise a timely provision of safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements as agreed in the services contractResolve operational issues in a timely mannerEnsure all subcontractors hold knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirementsEnsure information and communications are uploaded into applicable business systemsDevelop and maintain procedural documentationsMaintain and develop close liaison with colleagues in Facilities Management, Asset Management and Procurement Management, as well as external stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience in a project support role such as Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
