The role provides a link between design, building services, and sub-contracts to ensure project objectives are met, including:Coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs, and specifications.Ensuring installation works in the field are being undertaken in accordance with the project specification and appropriate design standards.Assisting with managing construction staff and sub-contractors in planning and executing work onsite.Assisting with managing and monitoring critical components of the project such as structure, façade, and fit-out.Quality Assurance.With proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial projects, your skillset will also include:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Building, or similar.1-4 years experience in a similar role on building/construction projects within the tier 1 space.Background in Engineering, Construction, and delivery process.Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual documentation delivery.Commercial and financial understanding of the construction industry.Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and knowledge of Design, Estimating, and Procurement.A hands-on understanding of structure, steel, finishes, façade, and services.Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings.
