Project Coordinator - Electrical Manufacturing

Mills Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our client for a 12 month contract.
Our client is a well-established electrical manufacturing company based in Welshpool, Western Australia specialising in the design and production of switchboards and switchrooms for the mining industry The successful candidate will be pivotal in organising and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.
Conduct client visits within the Perth area to inspect products and carry out audits.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and audits.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in electrical switchboard and switchroom projects is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Perth area for client visits.
