Project Coordinator (Design Focused Role)

Are you an experienced Designer looking to transition to the commercial construction industry?
We are seeking a talented professional to join our client's team; they are a well-established tier 3 construction company specializing in new builds, fit outs, and refurbishments up to $5 million.

Key Responsibilities: Architectural design and documentation of commercial construction projects, including sketch designs, rendered presentations, working drawings, details, specifications, and schedules.Collaborate with the estimating team to produce construction budgets, estimates, and detailed quotations for documented works.Assist the construction team with contract administration, ensuring seamless project execution.Maintain a thorough understanding of building methodologies, legislation, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.What You'll Bring: A minimum of 5 years' experience in an architectural design and documentation role.Tertiary education or demonstrated experience in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related software.A desire to transition from a design-focused role to a construction-focused role is welcomed but not required.What's in it for You?
