Project Coordinator - Data

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person for the Project Coordinator role.
In this role, you will assess current practice regarding data collection and reporting and then improve it.
The goal is to ensure data is collected and stored accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate current data collection and reporting practices to map the current workflowReview and evaluate patient management software, in which data is captured, including identifying opportunities for improvement available with these systems.Liaise with nominated stakeholders to identify the pain points and opportunities for improvement within current data processes.Determine any relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in regard to data processes and storage.Produce a project report and presentation.Following consultation, action the approved recommendations.About You:Have a clear understanding of current data collection and reporting practices.Ability to identify key process inefficiencies and data quality issues.Ability to work efficiently and autonomously to achieve goals and deadlines.If you would like more information on this role please contact Russell Knights on (03) 5023 3990 or email ****** Or click APPLY NOW!
