Project Coordinator - Cyber

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for cyber security and strong project delivery skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team to oversee and drive the delivery of critical cyber security work packages in a multi-vendor environment. This will initially be a day-rate contract through until 30 June 2025, with potential beyond.
About the RoleThis role will play a key role in ensuring the success of the Cyber Solutions team by:
Managing the delivery of cyber security projects, including requirements definition, security testing schedules, and risk tracking.Creating and maintaining integrated project schedules to align dependencies and deliverables while minimising risk.Providing oversight of governance, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure seamless project delivery.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage deliverables and ensure project alignment with organisational priorities.This position requires a blend of technical understanding and project management expertise to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:
A minimum of four years' experience in project coordination/management, preferably within cyber security or related fields.Qualifications in project management (highly regarded).A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment, delivering projects on time and within scope.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive matters with persuasion and tact.Australian Citizenship (essential) and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
