Join AgriFutures Australia as a Project Coordinator, supporting our Chief Operating Officer's team across a variety of critical projects and initiatives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively on special projects, assist with People and Culture functions, and provide essential support for systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Coordinator, you will:

Embody and promote AgriFutures Australia's values and behaviours.Support People and Culture processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding).Manage administrative and coordination tasks for special projects.Provide high-quality administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer, including diary management, travel bookings, and document preparation.Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports, maintaining documentation in SharePoint.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to maintaining and improving People and Culture policies, workflows, and systems.Support the delivery of staff learning, development programs, and organisational events.Deliver training and support for People and Culture software across the organisation.Provide administrative support to the broader AgriFutures team as required.About You

A strong customer service ethos and high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to streamline processes.Resilience, tact, and empathy when working with diverse stakeholders.Skills & Qualifications Essential: Tertiary qualifications in project management, HR, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience in a similar role.Proven experience in administration and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.A current driver's licence.Desirable: Demonstrated experience in project coordination and/or training delivery.A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders.Why Join Us?
